Appointment Cancellation Policy

FOR LASH APPOINTMENTS: 



• All appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking.
• For new clients, we do not refill over other artists’ work, you must book for a removal & full set.
• Clients past 15 minutes late without notice are considered a “no-show”. All no-shows will be charged the full amount of service.
• If you reschedule within less than a 12-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of service. The existing deposit will not be applied to your next appointment.
